Justin J. Giangrande is CEO and Founder of The Network Advisory, as well as Chairman and Founder of Queens Gaming Collective. Justin draws from over 15 years of in-depth experience in sourcing and negotiating talent marketing and brand partnerships. Most recently, he was a partner and Executive Vice President of VaynerSports, where he oversaw all marketing, public relations, and brand partnerships for their athletes globally. Prior to joining VaynerSports, Justin was cofounder and CEO of NCLUSIVE, a marketing and branding firm that focused on building strong brands for top athletes and celebrities, while also driving overall marketing and endorsement revenue. While at NCLUSIVE, Justin built an impressive client roster that included numerous high-profile NFL and NBA players including Mike Conley Junior, Jalen Ramsey, and Marcellus Wiley.

Justin graduated from The University of Florida in 2006, receiving a Bachelor of Science with a minor in entrepreneurship from The Warrington School of Business. He has received many accolades in the marketing and branding space, most recently he was named to the 2018 NextGen 10 for Sports & Entertainment, which is comprised of a list of individuals who are notably disrupting their industries and changing the world.

In his current roles at The Network Advisory and Queens Gaming Collective, Justin leads a diverse team, building the necessary infrastructure for the companies to thrive while simultaneously utilizing his relationship capital and deal structured mindset to build ever-lasting companies.

The Network Advisory is a Los Angeles based talent, brand, and venture advisory syndicate focused on accelerating their clients by leveraging an extensive and resource-rich network spanning over many decades. Justin works with entertainers such as: Lil Yachty, Quavo, JuJu Smith-Schuster and more in developing their marketing and brand endorsement deals.

Additionally, The Network Advisory is the premiere management firm for elite athletes. As a full-service sports marketing, branding and public relations firm, TNA takes a player-centric approach, servicing each athlete's personal and professional brand goals both on and off the field through each level of the player’s career. TNA works primarily with high school and college NIL athletes, including: DJ Uiagalelei, Malachi Nelson, and Makai Lemon to develop their brand through innovative marketing and partnership opportunities.

On the other hand, Queens Gaming Collective is a woman-led gaming lifestyle company that challenges the diversity and gender equity issues with which the industry is currently facing. Justin took The Queens from a simple idea to a venture-backed corporation in under 6 months that recently closed a $1.5 million round alongside some of the most powerful investors in the world. Queens elevates its global roster of women creators, streamers and competitors from Kiera Please, Carrington Durham, and Kayla DeLancey to provide infrastructure, resources and representation. Justin has built a diverse and best-in-class team of executives, advisors, allies and strategic partners across gaming, sports, entertainment, consumer products, and tech throughout his 15+ year career.
